We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or for orders placed based on personal taste preferences or change of mind after delivery.
In cases where customers receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or expired supplement, we offer a replacement or refund after proper verification. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video along with clear images to support their claim. This process helps us maintain transparency and quality control in our online supplement store.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Varikaa reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria
Orders placed on Varikaa, an online store for nutraceutical supplements and herbal wellness products in India, can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances. In cases where a cancellation request is successfully processed prior to dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
