Varikaa Natural Moringa Powder is made from carefully selected moringa leaves that are shade-dried and finely milled, so the powder keeps its deep green colour and its natural nutrient profile instead of being heat-stripped.
Moringa is one of the most nutrient-dense edible leaves on the planet — naturally containing over 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants and all nine essential amino acids. Stir it into warm water in the morning, blend it into a smoothie, or fold it into dal, chutney or curd.
Clean label, single ingredient, nothing else added. Made in a WHO-GMP certified facility and FSSAI approved.

One ingredient, infinite benefits
Immunity
Moringa leaves carry a dense concentration of phytonutrients that support the body's natural defences. The vitamin A, vitamin C and iron in the leaf all feed into keeping the immune system working as it should.
Energy & iron
Rich in plant-based iron and paired with natural vitamin C, which is what the body needs to absorb it properly. A practical everyday option if you tire easily by mid-afternoon.
Healthy, clear skin
Antioxidants alongside vitamins A, C and E help the skin handle everyday oxidative load. Supports collagen and a clearer, more even complexion with regular use.
Read articleImproves gut health
Naturally high in fibre, which supports regularity and a settled gut. A comfortable gut also improves fullness signals, which quietly helps with appetite control.
Stress & calm
Magnesium, iron and tryptophan feed the body's own serotonin pathways, and moringa's antioxidants help with oxidative stress. It's a traditional adaptogen for exactly this reason.
Hair strength
Iron, zinc, B vitamins and plant protein feed the follicle from the inside. Nutrition-led hair support takes a full growth cycle — give it eight to twelve weeks.
Metabolic balance
Chlorogenic acid and quercetin are the two compounds moringa is most studied for, in the context of everyday metabolic wellbeing and balanced eating.

Traditionally used across India to support cycle comfort and post-partum nutrition. Please speak to your doctor before starting if you're pregnant or nursing.
Bone & joint
Calcium, magnesium and phosphorus in a whole-food form the body recognises, supporting bone density and joint comfort as you get older.
Customer reviews
Colour tells you it's fresh
I've bought moringa from three brands. This is the only one that's actually deep green instead of dull khaki, and you can smell the difference the moment you open it.
My mother took to it easily
Bought it for her joints. She stirs it into her morning dal — says she doesn't even taste it. Reordering the multi-pack this time.
Good, but start slow
First two days I went straight to a full scoop and my stomach protested. Dropped to half a teaspoon for a week and it's been fine since. Wish the pack said this more clearly.
Frequently asked questions
Does it taste bitter?
No. Bitterness in moringa powder usually comes from heat-drying, or from stems being milled in with the leaf. Varikaa uses shade-dried leaf only, so the flavour is mild and earthy — closest to a green tea. In a smoothie or dal, most people can't detect it at all.
How much should I take each day?
One scoop — roughly 1–2 teaspoons, or 3–5g — once a day is a full adult serving. Start with half a teaspoon for the first few days so your gut adjusts to the fibre, then build up. There's no added benefit to taking more than a tablespoon a day.
When will I notice something?
Energy and digestion usually shift first, around week two to three. Skin and hair take longer because they follow the growth cycle — give those eight to twelve weeks. Taking it daily matters far more than taking a lot of it.
Can I take it with tea, coffee or other supplements?
Yes, though don't stir it into boiling liquid — high heat degrades the vitamins. Let water cool for a minute first. If you're on prescription medication, particularly for blood pressure, thyroid or diabetes, check with your doctor before starting.
Is it safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Moringa leaf is traditionally used to support nutrition after delivery. That said, we don't make recommendations for pregnancy or nursing — please consult your physician first and follow their advice.
Powder or capsules — which is better?
Powder, if you can live with mixing it. One scoop gives a full 3–5g serving; you'd need six to eight capsules to match that, which most people don't take. Capsules only win on convenience while travelling.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Write to care@varikaa.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement. Unopened packs are refunded in full. If you've opened it and it isn't right for you, tell us why — that feedback is genuinely useful to us.
